Overview
Rych is an omnichannel communication platform that helps businesses manage customer interactions across multiple channels. My role spanned website redesign, mobile experience design, and ongoing platform enhancements, with a focus on improving usability, strengthening visual consistency, and making the product more approachable for both new and existing users.
Problem
The marketing website was limited in structure and lacked dedicated sections to communicate the platform's features effectively. At the same time, the product experience required mobile-first exploration, interface refinements, and better guidance for users navigating the platform.
Process
I redesigned the WordPress-powered website to move beyond a single landing page, introducing clearer content hierarchy and dedicated feature sections that better showcased the platform's value. In parallel, I designed mobile interface concepts in Figma, working closely with developers to adapt the web experience for smaller screens. Within the existing platform, I also enhanced profile-related features, refined key UI flows, and introduced onboarding screens to help users understand the product and navigate it with greater confidence.
Challenge
The biggest challenge was improving multiple parts of the ecosystem while maintaining a consistent experience. From marketing pages to in-product interactions, every enhancement needed to simplify communication, reduce friction, and make the platform feel more modern without disrupting existing workflows.
Outcome
The redesign transformed the website into a stronger sales and communication tool while extending the product experience to mobile. Alongside UI enhancements and onboarding improvements within the platform, the project created a more polished and accessible experience that better supports users throughout their journey.
